Dr. Noelle, a Women’s Health Physical Therapist, specializes in Orthopedics and Pelvic Floor health. With over 10 years of experience, she empowers mothers throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Dr. Noelle helps women manage symptoms, prepare for delivery, and recover smoothly so they can focus on what matters most: a healthy baby and a healthy you.
Heather, a board certified lactation consultant, can help you with your breastfeeding journey! She’s also a registered nurse and case manager with a passion for supporting families in the Tri-Cities area (TN/VA).
Master the art of breastfeeding in this workshop! Learn the secrets to comfortable positioning for both you and your baby, including multiple nursing holds. We’ll cover:
🤱Optimal positioning for a good latch: This ensures your baby feeds effectively and comfortably, reducing nipple pain for you.
🤱 Variety of nursing positions: We’ll explore different holds to find what works best for you and your little one.
🤱 Tips and tricks for success: Gain valuable insights to improve your positioning and troubleshoot any challenges.
🤱 Knowing when to seek additional help: We’ll guide you on recognizing when a lactation consultant or PT/OT can offer further support.
