Sword Class: Dagger (registration required)

Also named "A Taste of Knighthood", this beginner longsword class introduces students to the knightly art of fencing as practiced during late-medieval Europe. Lessons touch upon the history of the martial art, fundamental movements, basic fencing principles, and essential combat techniques. By the end of this course, students will know how to use a sword to defend themselves against cuts and thrusts from all four quadrants. Contact instructor for more information.
