Safeguarding the Heart with Dorlop Rinpoche Dr. Lye

Dorlop Rinpoche Dr. Lye from Urban
Dharma in Asheville will offer a short
retreat on how to safeguard the heart in
these tumultuous times. This program will
be held at Appalachian Dharma &
Meditation Center in Johnson City, TN.

Dr. Lye will draw from Tibetan Buddhist
teachings on cultivating awakened mind
(bodhicitta) where radiating love and
compassion for all beings is practiced
alongside deepening recognition on the dream
and illusory like nature of all phenomena.

Attendance is by donation/generous giving
(dana) to support the efforts of Dr. Lye and
Appalachian Dharma & Meditation Center.

We will have brief breaks during the program. The session will include teachings, guided meditation and Q&A.
