In this demonstration style class we will show you every step to take you from fresh milk to delishious cheese. Don't miss this opportunity to savor the flavors and learn about the art of cheese-making.
Its a full afternoon as we will also introduce you to the dairy goats and give you a brief tour of the gardens while we gather some fresh ingredients and convene in the farmhouse kitchen where we take the mystery out of basic cheesemaking and put the ability into your hands.
