Join us for an exciting and focused introduction to Kali, the dynamic Filipino martial art known for its fluid motion, coordination, and speed. This special session is designed for teens and adults who want to go beyond the basics and dive deeper into structured Kali drills and techniques.

Whether you’re a returning student from our regular adults/teens classes or brand new to the art, this class will challenge and expand your skillset in ways that are both fun and physically engaging.

This class zeroes in on two foundational drills in Kali:

• Sinawali (Double Stick Drill): Learn to flow through rhythmic patterns using two sticks, building coordination, ambidexterity, and timing.
• Sumbrada (Single Stick Drill): Practice responsive partner drills that develop your ability to read motion, react quickly, and stay in the flow of combat.

These drills form the backbone of many Kali systems and are designed to improve your kinetic awareness, partner timing, and overall martial ability.
