Inspired by Bruce Lee’s iconic wisdom inviting practitioners to “Be Water,” this yoga class invites you to embody the fluid, adaptive, and powerful essence of water. Join Sheila in this all-levels flow where you will move through a seamless sequence of postures designed to cultivate grace, strength, and resilience. Like water, we’ll learn to yield without breaking, to adapt without losing form, and to find stillness in motion.
