For most mothers the easiest and most efficient way to feed your baby breastmilk is usually at the breast, but there may be occasions when this is not possible and you prefer to express your milk. Today we are going to share suggestion around expressing, storing breast milk, preparing for work and early childhood care.

If you can manage to bring a plate of healthy food to share for morning tea that would be great if not just come along and share with us.
