BACKGROUND:

LeChic - Biz Kidz Academy, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is thrilled to announce that the Academy is celebrating 10 years of success in inspiring and strengthening over 2000 kids and teens, throughout Maryland, District of Columbia, Atlanta, and Canada.

ABOUT THE EVENT:

Come out for an exciting afternoon of kid and teen entrepreneurs as they sell their business products and services and display their creative talents through participating in a business pitch and table display competition.

Help us celebrate the successful achievements of our kids and teens as they compete to win laptops, school supplies, gift cards, plaques, and other prizes. ALL participants will receive a “Letter of Congratulations” presented by our keynote speaker, Howard County Executive Calvin Ball. Moderated by Megan Knight, WMAR TV-2 News Anchor.

Our fundraising goal is $50,000, with 100% of contributions going directly toward offering scholarships to students who are college bound and currently attending a higher educational institution. Your support/donation will provide the Academy with the financial resources required to continue to contribute to the success of our youth’s future.A gift of any size can make a difference - no contribution is too large or too small. Together, we can provide college-bound teens with the scholarships they need to succeed.All contributions are tax-deductible.
