Summer Solstice Yoga Class 🌞

Join me for a warming yoga class to mark the Summer Solstice, surrounded by the high tide at La Rocque Pier, Saturday 21st June 5am-6am. Sunrise at 5.03am.

All experiences levels welcome to draw in the longest day of the year.
Please bring a mat or towel. Optional sea dip afterwards!

108 is an auspicious number in Hindu and Buddhist traditions and the Summer Solstice a time to celebrate light and positive energy.
Reflecting this, we will practice 10 Classical Sun Sals and 8 Sun Sal A's, facing the Sun shortly after sunrise.

June 21st also happens to be International Day of Yoga!
