Ashley’s practical, investor-focused legal strategies have helped countless clients scale their portfolios.In 2026, Ashley is launching two new resources for the investor community: a contract shop offering attorney-drafted, NJ-specific templates geared towards helping you avoid attorney review with a solid contract from the very beginning and an online course for investors from the real estate attorneys perspective. She will be building this with her fiance who is an investor who's been in the business since pre-2008. Both offerings reflect her mission to educate and empower investors through accessible, real-world street knowledge and legal guidance.
