About the event

Unpack and Uplift: A Class for Emotional Lightening.
We all carry too much, and it's time to shake off what you carry and step into what lifts you. Join our behavioral health educator in this course that is created with sensory and emotional layers along with expressive arts, mindful movement, and an emotional detox segment.
When: Class meets Wednesdays, August 7, 13, and 20, at 7:30pm.
Where: 507 Scranton Carbondale Highway, Mayfield (Ballroom ONE)
Who: Adults of all ages
$40 for the three-week course
Venmo, cash, check, or invoice for credit card payment.
