Magnets & Polarity Therapy

I will be teaching you about magnets and how they can stimulate certain areas of the brain & body and do some pretty AMAZING things!


ALSO we will be learning about Polarity Therapy. What in the world is that you ask??!


Polarity therapy is a form of energy therapy that aims to balance the body's natural energy flow by addressing imbalances in the electromagnetic field. Developed by Dr. Randolph Stone in the 1940s, it's based on the belief that disease and pain stem from energy blockages. Polarity therapy utilizes a holistic approach, incorporating bodywork, counseling, nutrition, and exercise to promote well-being.


Therapists use various techniques, including hands-on work, to stimulate energy flow and release blockages. This can involve applying pressure to specific reflex points or using gentle movements and stretching.
