Move Well w/Nick

Move Well is a class designed for older adults or anyone looking to improve their mobility, balance, and joint health. The goal is to keep the participants feeling young, vital, and pain free.

- Improve joint mobility and flexibility

- Enhance balance and coordination

- Reduce stiffness and risk of falls

- Support long term independence and vitality

Nick Gomez is a certified trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM). He specializes in functional strength, balance, mobility, and overall wellness and is available for personal training sessions.

TUESDAYS 6-7pm $5 - $20 suggested donation
