basic Pistol Home Defense course

A Basic pistol defense course(NRA) will be presented by KGCA instructors at Harmony Hollow Farm. Saturday 16th August 2025. Commencing at 10am There is no age limit for applicants though under 18s will require parent of guardian written consent,unless they are also attending as students. The course covers the law as regards to using a firearm to defend yourself in a home invasion type scenario.
The course involves engaging hostage type targets and the walk in the park drill to enhance target identification skills.
Cost is $65.00 and you will need to supply a handgun and at least 100 rounds of factory ammunition. Plus suitable eye and ear protection We can supply this if needed but it's use is mandatory for safety reasons.
