Join us for the annual Ding Dong Dash Run! This race has been a fun part of Jefferson's Bell Tower Festival, and has always been enjoyed by the community.

Pre-race Check-in: 7:00 - 7:45 AM
1 Mile Fun Run: 8:00AM
5k and 10k: 8:20AM
Start and Finish: The Greene County Community Center,
204 W Harrison, Jefferson, IA
Divisions:
5K Race Age Groups: 10 and Under, 11 - 14, 15 - 18, 19 - 29,
30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 and Over
10K Race Age Groups: 14 and Under, 15 - 18, 19 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 and Over
Pets are welcome to join the run -
*fees for pets are $35 before June 1st, and $40 after June 1st*
Course: The course will be ran entirely on hard-surface roads. Only major intersections will be controlled - PLEASE use CAUTION when on uncontrolled portions of the course. A bicycle will be used as course lead. Water and Aid Station can be found at the halfway point of both 5k and 10k.
Awards: Medals sponsored by Jefferson Telecom will be awarded to each male and female winner in their respective age division. 2nd and 3rd place finishers will also receive medals. CASH PRIZES will also be awarded to each male and female winner of their respective age group (only the age groups 19 and older will be eligible to win the cash prizes). Winners will be announced after the 10K race in the Greene County Community Center Gym at approximately 9:30 a.m. Complimentary refreshments will be provided in a gift bag for all participants.
Entry Fee: 5K/10K Run & 1 mile Fun Run - $25 through June 1 and $30 after June 1 (Includes a performance t-shirt and chip timing)
Immediate Family discount: 20% off all registrations of four or more immediate family members.
(Need to register at the Rec Center to receive this discount)
