This 30 minute lunchtime sound meditation is an easy way to shake off stress, relax, and unwind as Friday arrives , preparing you for the weekend.
Come in lay on your mat and allow yourself to fully let go as you take the sounds, vibrations and energies of Tibetan bowls, gongs, and crystal bowls.
These calming frequencies help reset the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently carry you out of the work week.
This is a casual pop in reset, limited to the first 10 people who arrive
