Auditions for "Lickety Split"

Tater Patch Players’ next show is a rollicking comedy based on the laughable condition of being an adult. It’s called "Lickety Split: Men and Women in Outrageous Shorts", by Jones Hope Wooten. Adult and older teen actors, with and without experience, are welcome to audition for a part or parts in this show. Auditions will be held on Tuesday August 5 and Wednesday August 6 from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Tater Patch Players Theater at 95 Philadelphia Lane. Auditioners may come on either date, or on both.
The outrageous shorts in the title refers to the style of the play. It’s a collection of very short plays and skits. That is a great way for a would-be actor to get his or her feet wet (and get bitten by the acting bug) without facing pages and pages of lines. It will be a light-hearted experience for seasoned actors as well. The show opens September 26 for three weekends.
