The Salty Stride - Beyond Salt Spa Group Run

Did you know that Janesville has an incredible running community that I am so honored to be a part of. This group meets every Friday morning at different locations.

Arrive a little bit before 5:30 AM, so you are ready to take off with the group at the scheduled time.

**All Paces are welcome -- whether you are a seasoned runner, or just starting out!

When the group comes back the saunas will be running and available for you to warm up! Doors will close back up at 7:00 AM

Come run, connect and start your day with energy, community, and a little bit of salt!
