Reiki Level 1 offers an enjoyable journey of expansion and healing. After completing this class, you’ll be empowered to perform Reiki treatments on yourself, family, and friends. Reiki Level 1 emphasizes personal healing and spiritual growth, with a focus on your individual healing goals and intentions. You will learn Reiki hand positions specifically designed to relax, center, and aid in stress reduction and overall wellness.

Completion of Reiki Level 1 is required to advance to Reiki Level 2, which includes training in distance Reiki and qualifies you to offer Reiki professionally.

Your instructor, Samantha Nolloth, is a double Reiki Master, certified in both Usui Reiki Ryoho and Karuna Reiki®️, and a Master Teacher trained in the latest Holy Fire®️ III Reiki techniques. Her classes uniquely blend traditional Usui Reiki practices with advanced Holy Fire®️ methods.
