Join us for an evening of deep inner healing and restoration. During this Reiki session, you will sit or lie comfortably with your eyes closed as Reiki Master Samantha Nolloth gently guides you through the experience. There’s nothing you need to do; this session is all about stress relief and rejuvenation, allowing Reiki energy to provide the healing most needed for you.

Participants often experience deep relaxation, sleep, dreamlike visions, or bodily sensations. The benefits of this healing will continue even after the session has ended. Afterward, we’ll take time to reflect and write about our experiences, with the option for those who wish to share with the group.

This event is intentionally scheduled in the evening to support restful sleep afterward. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, an eye mask, and wear comfortable clothing.
