Beer Release: CARA CARA TO EXPLAIN SOUR IPA

Some moments in life require no explanation, and this is no exception. Cara Cara To Explain is the culmination of two popular beer styles, the IPA and the fruited sour ale. Billowing aromas of Freshly Squeezed Cara Cara Oranges, Tart Candies, and Melon in an epic combination that is thanks to a thoughtfully prepared dry-hop addition of Nelson, Mosaic, and Mandarina Bavaria. If the epic aroma isn’t enough, the wonderfully tart and refreshing taste of the Cara Cara Oranges dances on your palate like a fine ballet, with a slight sweetness mellowed out by the exquisite hop character.
