Full Moon Yoga Series

Join Mel of La Onda Studios (@laondastudios) for three three-part summer yoga series that honors the full moon of each of the summer months: June 11, July 10, & August 9, 6-7:30 PM.

Mel will be leading a Vinyasa flow focusing on lunar salutations + the energy of the full moon’s astrological sign.

Along with movement, they will also be sharing their knowledge about how our bodies are connected to the moon cycles, how astrology signs rule different body parts & how we can connect/align to these cycles & energies with our bodies & movement.

The Chilcott & Granada Community Garden is located at 23 Garanda Park in Egleston Square.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blocks, and water. There will be a few extras available as needed.
