Trail of Transformation Community Hike

Trail of Transformation is an uniue nature experience that combines a guided hike through breathtaking landscapes and a short breathwork session. This journey is designed to deepen your connection to nature, yourself, and the community around you. Along the trail, we will engage in mindful walking, pause for breathwork practices to ground and center ourselves, and create space for authentic connection and refletion. Through group discussion, breath awareness, and shared moments of stillness, this sacred walk fosters transformation, healing, and a sesnse of belonging in harmonynwith nature and each other.

This event in~person event held at the beutiful Timucuan Ecological & Historic Preserve, home to an array of hiking trails, estuaries, floura, and fauna. In addition, it is also the traditional living grounds of the indigenous Timucua people. We will explore some of the history and mysteries of the ancient shell mounds during our hike.
