Inspired by the yogic path of simplicity, this Sound Journey is an invitation to release the clutter of mind, of emotion, of excess, and return to what is essential. Take a sonic journey through your body and heartspace in this curated experience of deep listening, softly unraveling tension and guiding your nervous system into deep states of rest and renewal.
No movement is required. We provide all the supportive props you’ll need to feel fully nurtured. Just bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on. Studio mat rentals are $3 each.

To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.
Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence or late arrivals to a workshop or series are nonrefundable.
