New Moon Sound Journey

Frequency is an emerging science of regulation and regeneration in our human bodies. Join Gooden Eye, Uriah Jones, and me for this new moon inspired journey.
Gooden Eye will create the vibrations.
I will guide you through very subtle movements and then into exquisite stillness with aromatheraputic essential oils.
We will begin and end with Birdsong Yardens’ proprietary blend tea gathered fresh under the new moon.
Cranberry hibiscus, Lemon balm, Lemongrass, spearmint, Kumquat and grapefruit leave and of course, the Miracle Tree, the magickal Moringa.
Bring your yoga mat and favorite yoga blanket. You will take a yoga ‘Hanky’ home with you to help with the ‘hOMework’.
