Intro to Drum Circle Experience, Special Event with Amber of Into the Rhythm

Intro to drum circle experience, instruments and facilitation provided. Come experience the joy of drumming! All ages welcome as we get Into the Rhythm. Takes place in our community room.

Amber Hall has been drumming for over 25 years and has spent the last 10 years training with the top educators in the country. She is a certified DRUMBEAT facilitator and a certified Village Music Circles Facilitator . She continues to take yearly training to keep up to date with the growing field of Educators who utilize hand drumming to build community and provide programs that help to address social and health issues.

Drumming builds connection, fosters musicality, creativity, agreement and feelings of self worth. It helps deal with anger, stress, and sadness. Drumming is motivational, empowering and unifying. Drumming has been scientifically proven to have multiple positive health benefits. Drumming is a shared group activity that is beneficial to everyone.
