DEKA MILE is a modified version of the DEKA FIT featuring all 10 functional fitness training zones with 160m of running before every zone.
GYM OWNERS, PUT TOGETHER TEAMS OF 2 IN MEN, WOMEN AND COED AND GO HEAD-TO-HEAD WITH OTHER GYMS TO SEE WHO HAS THE FITTEST GYM TEAM IN THE SOUTHEAST. This is your 2nd chance to earn your DEKA STRONG and DEKA MILE Mark and potentially qualify for DEKA Worlds at the end of the season.
