Join Us for the 1 Degree of Separation: A Funny Look at Depression and Suicide Comedy Series at River Cove Community Center!

Laughter has the power to heal, and the 1 Degree of Separation series is here to spark important conversations about mental health. This unique event blends comedy with real-life experiences to break the stigma surrounding depression.

Through humor and shared vulnerability, a team of comedians will bring light to a difficult topic, helping to foster understanding, awareness, and support for those struggling. This event is open to all active duty and reserve Sailors, family members, and DoD civilians.
