Whether savory, spicy or sweet, a sauce will make a basic food into a feast! Imagine pasta without a traditional sauce, meats or poultry on the grill without spicy or sweet BBQ sauce, ice cream or cheesecake without flavorful fruit or chocolate sauce!

Sauces can easily transform a meal from ordinary to extraordinarily with delicious flavors.

In this class you will learn to prepare sauces in advance using refrigeration, freezing for longer storage, or canning for a shelf-stable Saucy product.
