Join ✨Special Guest Instructor Marilee Maddox✨ for this special pop-up class designed to help you unwind, settle your nervous system, and sleep more peacefully. We'll combine light movement, breathwork, and practical info to help you understand your body's rhythms and create an evening routine that supports deep rest.

You'll leave with simple tools you can start using that night to support your sleep. Bonus: our instructor will share brainwave visuals to help you understand exactly what’s going on up there—and how to quiet the spin.
