A Spine Centered Practice: A Workshop with Jo Lewzy

When we learn the proper alignment of our spine we are empowered. We have the knowledge and ability to feel when it's out of alignment and be able to correct our posture more easily.

This workshop will help you to improve your posture, have greater spine mobility and practice postures while keeping your spine in proper and safe alignment. You will leave feeling more confident in your ability to keep your spine resilient, mobile and healthy as you age.
