When you close your eyes, and let yourself carry away, by the tornes and frequencies, just keep a curios awareness to notice whatever happens. Then the various knots and limitations in the body and mind, may release for a bettter energy flow in your being.
First he plays a short session, and then we share about the experience, before a final ~45 min Gongbath.
Please bring a thick Yoga mat, and blanket, to make sure you lay comfortably.
