K4 Sprints (Mixed Teams)
200m sprints, mixed teams (e.g. Juniors, Adults, Mixed Experience)
K1 Relay
4-person mixed ability teams, each does a 200m leg
Mini Slalom Course
Test your turning.., two lanes for K1 and K2’s
🍔 Lunch & Social (12:30 – 1:45)
BBQ and Galley food
Burgers, veggie options, salads, drinks
Optional bake-off table – prize for best RCC cake
💪 Afternoon: Water Games & Team Activities (1:45 – 4:00)
