In this feel-good, hands-on workshop, we’re diving into the power of a growth mindset... what it is, how it works, and how to build one.

Spoiler: it’s not about toxic positivity or pretending things are easy. It’s about learning to getting comfortable with mistakes, and realising your potential isn’t limited.

We’ll be guided by Jan Tinsley, certified life coach and all-round lovely lady, who’ll help us explore how to shift self-doubt into self-belief.

Then we’ll move from mindset to making… painting plant pots together while reflecting on what we've just learnt. Don’t worry, no artistic skills needed. Just you, your creativity, and a welcoming space to reconnect with yourself. Oh, and we’ll gift you a beautiful little plant to pop in your finished pot!
