The quiet town of Island Falls in Northern Maine is an ancient indigenous land of small town folk with lakes and rivers of pristine beauty; it's home to waters, rocks, and forests untouched for thousands of years.

Sewall House’s Retreat takes place in a simple, historic home that feels like home! It offers a quiet sojourn to recapture your well-being in a friendly yogic setting that includes healthful meals each day, twice-daily restorative and energizing yoga classes taught by yogini's who've practiced for over 30 years.

We sit each morning in mindfulness and silence at the river (weather permitting) and during the week, we'll dive deeper into integrative trauma-release training, followed in the week by forest and waterfall bathing, ensuring deep connections with ecology!

As part of the retreat Ajeet offers a quiet and simple reiki session to support you un-peel the layers of guilt, anger and hurt.
