Social Meetup to Understand and Accept our Roles & Responsibilities in Society

Social Meetup to Understand and Accept our Roles & Responsibilities in Society

No offence Please! This is Not Sexism Or Gender Discrimination

(Lack of understanding of the Real prejudice that does exist and such illusion created by the Sexist Minds to underestimate the Real issues)

Obviously and invariably the differences between the Sexes do Exist but they are NOT the source of Gender Inequality.

Gender Inequality exists Only in our Minds and Prejudices but in point of fact, both men and women were created equal, with a unique Role and Responsibility to be the perfect counterpart to each other, by the same token, one is Not better or worse than the other, without the support there is No outcome.

It's Not a battle for Equality, It’s about Values, Obligations, Norms and Tolerance for each other.

Each of us carries an Expected Role to fit our particular situation by fulfilling our Responsibility, that also reflects our values (Societal and Relational).

As a Father, Son, Daughter, Mother, Sister, Spouse, Brother, Uncle, Aunt, Grand Parent, Single Parent, Teacher, Student, Worker, Server, Host, Guest Friend, Boss, Partner,Colleague, Neighbor, Patient, Servant... we have different obligations, duties and responsibilities for each one. When we shift from one Relation or Situation to another, the Role and Responsibility needs to be adapted accordingly. Not Fitting and Fulfilling our expected Roles leads Conflicts and Psychological distress in all situations.

Undertaking the Right Role with Right Relation in Right Situation makes sense, brings peace, harmony and better understanding of each other’s actions.

You're invited to participate in the Meaningful Effective Dialogue 'Most Appropriate, Desirable and Acceptable Gender Roles & Responsibilities in Society'

It's Not only Women who are Treated Differently but Men Too Face Discrimination and Denied Opportunities hence The Battle for Gender Equality cannot be Won but POSITIVE COLLABORATIVE BEHAVIORS should be Developed and Prioritized in all aspects of Life and Work to meet the expectations that support the core concepts of Equality and Respect.
