ABOUT THE PROGRAM: The Summer Bodies Group is a weekly 1-hour private virtual group that provides support, mentorship, & community for individuals recovering from dieting & disordered eating, who are ready to feel confident & comfortable in their skin this summer without restricting, losing weight, or altering the body.
Includes 4 hours of time with Haley Schiek, Certified Professional Eating Disorder Recovery Coach (CPC) & Peer Educator (CPE), in group, as well as a private Telegram group chat. The group will take place via Zoom on a weekly basis for four weeks starting June 11th.
