2025 Back to School backpack Community Giveaway – Vendor/Company Participation Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in supporting the Back-to-School Backpack Community Giveaway: Backpack School Supplies & more Giveaway hosted by S and F Athletes and Thank you from S and F Athletes and Model Tude Agency. Please review the following structure and requirements for all participating vendors and sponsors:
Participation Requirements
All vendors/companies agree to one of the following donation options during registration:
A $100 monetary donation– OR –
A donation of 10 filled backpacks each containing the following school supplies:
5 #2 pencils
Canvas pencil case
3 ink pens (black red and blue)
12-count colored pencils
2 highlighters
5 paper pocket folders
Non-toxic wax crayons
Righty/lefty scissors
1 art erasers
Two 1-subject notebooks
1 composition notebook
2 glue sticks
Standard/metric ruler

Event Date: August 16 2025
Event Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Setup: 9:30 AM – 10:50 AM
Breakdown: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Vendor Conduct & Participation
Each vendor may bring 2 to 4 staff members.
Attire: Casual Business
Professional behavior is required throughout the event.
Vendors must honor setup and breakdown times as listed above.
Each vendor is responsible for keeping their area clean and organized during the event and must remove all belongings afterward.
No loud music distracting noise or sound amplification devices are permitted.
Tables and chairs are very limited and suggesting you bring your own table and chairs.
Permissions & Liability
By participating in this event vendors agree to the following:
Media Release: You grant permission to be photographed filmed recorded and interviewed by S and F Athletes or affiliates for promotional use across all media formats (print digital web etc.).
Data Use: You allow S and F Athletes to collect and use any provided data for event evaluation and communications.
Liability Waiver: Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. By registering you release S and F Athletes its members staff agents and volunteers from any and all claims of injury or damages—physical or psychological—related to the event.
Medical Authorization: In case of injury or illness during the event participants authorize S and F Athletes to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary and understand they are solely responsible for any incurred medical costs.
