If you do not bring your own table, a table only will be provided. However, tables are limited and please comfirm if table is needed by December 13th.All parents and guardians will have the opportunity to visit every vendor, exchange information, and participate in all drawings.All parents and guardians will receive a ticket that will be placed in a container for the door prize drawing. Students will also receive tickets, which will be placed in a separate container for toy drawings and additional prizes.Set up time starts at 9:00 am to 10:50 am, break down time is from 2:00pm to 3:00 pm and event start time is 11:00 am and end at 2:00 pm.Location: Georgia Farrow Recreation Center, 530 Davis Dr., Irving, TX 75061CostAll vendors/companies will need to register.All vendors and companies are asked to provide a minimum donation of either $100, a $100 gift card, or toys.All vendors and companies are asked to donate toys in equivalent value of $100 for a male or female, ages 5 to 17.If applicable, asking all vendors and companies are asked to donate one gift basket of their product and services to be given away as a door prize.Deadline for all donations is December 15, 2025.To make your donation, go to: All gifts need to be drop off and or deliver to location listed below.
