The United Women in Faith of Union United Methodist Church is excited to announce the upcoming Shower of Hope Community Resource Expo, a free event designed to provide valuable resources, information, and support to expecting mothers, families with children ranging from infancy to 4K (four-year-old kindergarten), and family caregivers.

Event Highlights Include:
- Resource Booths: Meet representatives from local organizations and healthcare services offering support in areas such as prenatal care, early childhood education, childcare, nutrition, and more.
- Workshops & Seminars: Participate in informative sessions on parenting tips, child development, self-care for caregivers, and navigating kinship care.
- Activities for Kids: Enjoy engaging activities, including activity stations, storytime, and sensory play stations.
- Giveaways & Raffles: Enter to win exciting prizes, including baby supplies, educational materials, and more.
And we can’t forget to combine FAITH with all the fun!
This event is designed to bring together local businesses, health and wellness organizations, non-profits, and community members to connect, share resources, and foster a stronger, more supportive community. The target groups for this event are:
- Expecting Mothers and Families with children (infant to 4K)
- Single Mothers with Children
- Kinship Caregivers
- Families of Children with Special Needs
