All breathing guided through voice and music, resulting in serene peace and renewed spirit.

About the instructor:
Dylan Hillyer is a former USFS Smokejumper and currently owns Trillium Woodworks, a local Arborist company. A WHM Practicioner for many years, has trained in cold environments across the globe, is a certified whm instructor( sole instructor in iowa) and loves his dogs.
