Renew and Restore: Therapeutic Yoga for Stress and Burnout with Jen Bedet
This 10-week series for prevention and healing will be offered on Sundays 11:00 –12:15, beginning August 3rd.
For many of us, stress and burnout have become all too common companions. Whether you are feeling the early whispers of overwhelm or are finding yourself already in the depths of exhaustion, this 10-week therapeutic yoga series offers a pathway toward balance and resilience. Drawing from ancient wisdom and informed by modern neuroscience, we will integrate techniques from week to week that support your nervous system's natural capacity for regulation and recovery. In this series, we will explore gentle yet powerful yoga practices rooted in therapeutic
principles:
Breath practices that support nervous system regulation
Mindful movement to release tension and restore vitality
Meditation techniques for mental clarity and emotional balance
Restorative poses and yoga nidra to invite deep rest and renewal
You will learn practical tools you can use both on and off the mat—techniques for managing daily stress, building resilience, and supporting your overall well-being.
Your guide for this journey is Jen Bedet. Jen earned her teaching certification through the Kripalu School of Yoga in 2021 and is currently advancing her studies to become a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist.
