These classes are a unique mix of psychology, spiritual insight, and physical movement. Flow through poses at a slow to moderate pace with a specific focus on alignment. Each class tends to work with a theme and/or a focus on a specific aspect of the practice. Expect a deep practice for the mind, the body, and the spirit.
