Stronger Together: a barre3 class supporting UAY at Big Grove Iowa City
Join us for a 45-minute donation-based barre3 Signature class to raise funds for United Action for Youth’s LGBTQIA+ programming. This all-levels class combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness in a supportive, empowering environment.
Suggested donation: $15
Location: Big Grove Brewery – Iowa City
Open to all – bring a friend!
Feel free to wear bright or rainbow colors to show your support.
All participants will receive a free drink from Big Grove for joining us!
What to bring:
✔️ Exercise mat
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Sunscreen (we’ll be outside!)
Come move with us, connect with community, and support the incredible work UAY is doing for local LGBTQIA+ youth. 100% of proceeds go directly to UAY.
