Downtown Iowa City - 2025 Where's Rusty?

Join the scavenger hunt and help find Rusty the Giant Sloth! Where's Rusty begins on July 1st and runs through August 31st. Shops, museums, and venues will be hiding Rusty in their place of business and it's your job to find him! Pick up a card at the Iowa City Public Library, Iowa Book, or the Museum of Natural History. Once you have found a hidden Rusty, you'll receive a stamp or mark on your card as proof that you found him.

After finding 10 Rustys, turn in your completed card to the Iowa City Public Library, Iowa Book, or the Museum of Natural History to receive a small prize and to be entered in to the drawing to win a grand prize basket!
