“Best Wishes on My Surgery” special Qigong class with Lori

🌿 Join Me for a Special Qigong Class 🌿 As I prepare for knee surgery and a season of healing, I'd love to gather with our community in a spirit of support and connection. You're warmly invited to a “Best Wishes on My Surgery” Qigong class on Tuesday, August 12, from 4:00–5:15 PM at Heartland Yoga or join us online.

This class will be a gentle, intentional practice—an opportunity to move together, breathe deeply, and send healing energy into the next chapter. Your presence, near or far, would mean a lot to me.
