• Most Popular Self Defense Weapon: Beginner Kubaton Seminar - you will need a kubaton weapon if you don't already own one. Cost is $15. No prior martial arts training to learn this weapon.
•Pressure Points Seminar - Learn the most practical non-lethal techniques that uses a person's nervous system against them.
•Joint Locks Seminar - Learn Joint Manipulations to include: Control Techniques and Submissions. These basic techniques are used to safely restrain and control an attacker.
Put it all together in Advanced Kubaton.
