Mindful Movement Workshop with Laura 🌿

Join our wonderful Liaison Teacher, Laura (a qualified yoga instructor), for a relaxing Mindful Movement Workshop in the peaceful Go Flourish Garden at North Kessock Primary School. 🌸

The session will begin with gentle movement focused on relaxation, followed by a sensory walk through the garden. 🧘‍♀️🌳

What to bring:

Comfortable clothing
Yoga mat or blanket
Cushion for extra comfort

Suggested donation: £10 (any donations are appreciated and go towards supporting the Go Flourish Garden).

Tea & coffee available after the session!
