Food Preserving Workshop with Gut Feelings 🌿

Join us in the Go Flourish garden for a hands-on outdoor workshop with Hannah from Gut Feelings!

Learn how to make traditional sauerkraut and fermented veggies in brine — a delicious way to boost gut health and preserve the harvest.

Suggested Donation: £25 (all donations are appreciated and go towards supporting the Go Flourish garden).

What to bring:

Chopping board
Sharp knife
Large bowl
Apron
2 x 500ml jars with lids

Kids welcome with a supervising adult.
