DANSATION is a fun & dynamic Dance Fitness class suited to all abilities! Girl it's seriously the most fun & empowering way to raise your heart rate, tone & sweat baby!!
Your Hostess & Instructor Sugar Browne will guide you through this 1 or 2 hour party including different dance styles, uplifting you & helping you discover the BOSS you already are!

Details
Come dressed as fabulous as you want! As this is still a fitness class, please wear trainers & clothing you can move freely in. Don't forget your water!! There is the Hidden Gem Cafe in the building that will be open should you need any refreshments.
There will be two sessions both lasting 1 hour each held in the Theatre. They will be the same class repeated twice & you are more than welcome to join both if you're up for the challenge!!
Session 1 - 11am - 12pm
Session 2 - 12pm - 1pm
